Our Members

UAEA represents more than 700 employees in over 200 different public sector positions. Job classifications include administrative, technical, professional, and public works, as well as police and fire civilians.  

 

 

As a member you will have the opportunity to hold office and sit on advisory committees with the power to make a difference.  Each Department has a Labor Management Committee where members discuss work group issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels.

The Association has a seat on the City of Tempe, Six-Sided Partnership.  This is the group that sets internal policy with each labor group meeting with management.
